Search for a substring in all translation units.

Returns a list of translation units where `substring` is in one of the msgids or in one of the translations.

TODO: search options: exact match, case insensitive, search just source text or just translation text, etc.

TODO: return small objects that only reference the real ones? Otherwise this could cause trouble with persistence or efficiency.

If invoked on a container (a folder or a module), performs a recursive search.
